MyKosherWine.com makes sure your shopping experience is secure and safe. We use an encrypted date transfer with a secure server while processing your order and personal information. MyKosherWine.com is obligated to NEVER share email addresses or ANY other personal information of our users with a third party!

We ship all packages with UPS. Most orders shipped within 24 business hours from the moment you place your order. For ground packages allow up to 6 business days for the packages to be at your door. When UPS picks up the package an email with a shipping number is sent to you, and it is your responsibility to contact UPS in order to track the package.

We do not ship to locations outside of the USA, FPO/ APO addresses, or P.O Boxes.

By US law, all alcoholic packages required a signature by an adult 21 and over with a valid government issued ID. This does not have to be the addressee on the package. Be aware that UPS delivers all packages during normal business hours, so make sure you provide us with an address where you can receive your package during the day.

UPS makes up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, UPS will return the package to us. Any package returned to us due to a failure to obtain an adult signature or due to 3-delivery attempts failure, require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Wine can be damaged by weather extremes. It is customer’s responsibility to inform us about extreme weather conditions in his/her area. Please note us under your order comments. During the hottest and the coldest parts of the year, we could hold packages at our location and ship it only on Monday in order to prevent the wine of staying in UPS facilities over the weekend.

Please make sure to go over your order before submitting it. We could ship orders as early as few hours after the purchase. If an order was packed and ready for shipment, a restocking fee could apply for any changes in the order.

You can return any unopened bottle to us. We charge 15% of any returned products and shipping charges are not refundable.

ALL ALCOHOL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSESS TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of CALIFORNIA. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing this order with your credit card, check, or cash, you authorize us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping this order, including engaging in a common carrier to deliver your order. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Due to our policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Thank you for your understanding.
